Prices depend on your child's age. One simple weekly rate covers days, evenings, or overnight sleepovers. Choose our meals, or send your child's food and pay a little less.
With our meals
Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and supper, made fresh and served family style.
You send food: $35 a week less
Pack labeled meals and snacks, and we keep them cold and serve them.
Help paying for care
We accept child care assistance.
Many working families qualify for help paying for childcare, and these programs pay us directly. Contact them to see if you qualify, then tell them you'd like to use Little Orbits.

Full-time care
5 days or nights a week. Each day covers up to 10 hours of care, or one overnight sleepover.

After school, drop-ins, and extra time

Moonlight care
Overnights cost the same as days.
An overnight is a sleepover. Drop off when your shift starts, even as early as 6 pm, and pick up the next morning. Each night counts as one day of care.
- 5 nights a week: your child's full-time rate, from $325 a week
- 3 nights a week: your child's part-time rate, from $220 a week
- Mix days and nights: any combination counts toward the same weekly rate
- One night: $95 with meals when space allows
California family child care rules require each stay to be shorter than 24 hours.
Fees, discounts, and policies
Registration fee
$150 per family
One time. Waived for our founding families.
Deposit
2 weeks of tuition
Applied to your last two weeks of care.
Sibling discount
10% off
Off the second child's tuition (the lower of the two rates).
Supply fee
None
Art supplies, books, and learning materials are included.
Late pick-up
$1 per minute
Life happens. Every family gets three 15-minute grace periods a year.
Example: 10 minutes late is free while you have a grace period left. After that, it's $10.
Payments and notice
- Weekly tuition is due each Monday.
- Tuition stays the same on holidays we're closed and days your child is out sick.
- Give us 2 weeks' written notice to end care.
Example family: a 9-month-old and a 4-year-old, both full-time with our meals.
$400 + ($360 − 10%) = $724 a week
